Shaffer Evaluation Group is seeking an Alaska-based educational program evaluator to join our team. The selected candidate will be assigned as a lead or supporting researcher on several higher education evaluation projects taking place in Alaska and selected locations in the lower 48 states. Activities will include developing research and evaluation proposals; preparing logic models and evaluation plans; collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; and preparing reports. Travel is required for client site visits. This position requires reliability, independence, exceptional communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills, the ability to be responsive to clients and staff, technical expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting, and a desire to learn and grow as we continue to grow and evolve.
