This is the first general AKEN meeting for 2018. After our open board meeting from 11:30-12:00, we will have a presentation by Dr. Corrie Whitmore titled: "Community-Engaged Evaluation Courses: Connecting Undergraduate Learning with Local Practice."
Corrie Whitmore, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Health Sciences at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she coordinates the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences program and teaches health education, program evaluation, and health policy courses. Dr. Whitmore was the founding president of the Alaska Evaluation Network and recently finished a three year term representing Alaska as one of nine Board Members at Large for the American Evaluation Association.
